HELP DESK SUPPORT
Helpdesk hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. During business hours all work performed by Last Hop is included. Helpdesk can be reached via email , phone (509) 204-8270, or through the customer web portal.
Last Hop Tech will provide ongoing monitoring services for workstations, laptops, servers, email, email security, backups, and covered mobile devices. Devices will be monitored for predictable failures. Should a problem be discovered during monitoring, we shall make every attempt to rectify the condition in a timely manner through whatever means available.

No matter how good security is sometimes things get through. The only way to be 100% protected is to also have a backup solution that fits your business’ needs. Last Hop utilizes two solutions for this; file-based backups and image-based backups.
SECURE + SHARED DOCUMENTATION
All customer information we find is documented and shared with designated points of contact in the business. This information is shared on an as-needed basis and kept as secure as possible. At any time the customer may access their documentation.
CLOUD EMAIL BACKUP + ARCHIVING
Office 365 and G Suite do not guarantee against data loss. When things are deleted they are not always recoverable. After a set number of days, they will be unrecoverable from both. To protect your cloud email and productivity applications we back it up using a 3rd party solution. This will back up the email allowing us to recover individual emails that may be lost.
